I need help.
I purchased a refurbished Polycom Soundpoint IP 331, but have not received any instruction manuals. I haven't registered a voip number yet, and before paying to have a voip number, I would like to know if it's normal when I connect the phone to the pc to enter the phone configuration page, the page opens and at the page top, I can read "Polycom Soundpoint IP 331and I can see on the left the window languages, but below the page is totally empty, so I don't have any possibility to enter data to set the phone.
Is it possible I have incorrectly connected the phone?
Or will this problem be solved as soon as I will have set the router activating the voip service from the provider?

This is most likely old software on the device incompatible with the language used in your OS. Try a different browser or incognito mode and upgrade the phone.

I solved it, following your advice, I changed the browser language from Italian to English, and now I can configure the phone.
