Dial plans provide a means to group and bind dial rules to specific address and port combinations on the Polycom RealPresence DMA system Call Server. Content-Type: application/vnd.plcm.plcm-dial-plan+xml. All attributes are used in ETag calculation except for entity-tag and atom-link.
